Britney Robinson is a first generation Afro-Latina who graduated with a B.S in Pure Mathematics in 2021. As an undergrad, she served as committee member on the ‘Equity, Diversity and Inclusion’ committees for both the Mathematics Department and Physical Sciences. She volunteered as a research assistant—conducting collaborative research in ‘Bjork Learning and Forgetting Lab’ focusing on promoting learning and memory performance within educational contexts through the investigation of principles in cognitive psychology. She also served as a Mentor and as a ‘Logistical Head Learning Assistant’ facilitating changes and research strategies in the ‘Center for Education, Innovation and Learning in the Sciences’ “LA Program”.Super dedicated to innovation within education, in her free time, she tutors math.
